At Mission Ready Foundation,
our mission is simple:
To empower active-duty law enforcement and military professionals by funding mission-critical training and resources that enhance safety, leadership, and readiness.
We don’t provide the training directly — we make it possible.
Whether it’s tactical firearms instruction, advanced de-escalation techniques, trauma care training, or readiness resources for active-shooter response, our focus is ensuring the right people have access to the right training when and where it matters most.
Every request we fund is board-reviewed, thoroughly vetted, and tailored to the specific needs of those on the front lines. Through your application, you tell us what your unit or team needs — and we provide the financial support to make it happen, through trusted, third-party vendors or training organizations.
How Our Support

Mission Ready Foundation provides funding for board-approved training and readiness resources, including:
- Firearms and marksmanship training
- Equipment and Supplies
- Active shooter response scenarios
- Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)
- De-escalation and use-of-force decision-making
- CQB / room-clearing fundamentals
- Officer wellness and mental resilience programs
- Evasive driving and vehicle-based tactics
- Hostage rescue and threat mitigation
- Multi-officer team leadership and communication
- Low-light / no-light operational tactics
- Department-wide training grants for specialized instruction
Note: All funding requests must be for active-duty personnel and must demonstrate a clear mission-readiness or safety benefit. Funding does not apply to veterans, retired personnel, or civilian use.
